Satirist Pushes Senate Censure of McCain For Threatening His Livelihood
Steve Young, is asking for a senatorial condemnation of the Republican Presidential candidate.
“There comes a point when people, or satirists, must take a stand, albeit one packed full of irony and farce,” said award-winning TV comedy writer, Steve Young. “And that time has come with John McCain’s latest campaign commercial, comparing Barack Obama with Paris Hilton and Brittany Spears. ”

On Sunday’s “Reliable Sources” with Howard Kurtz on CNN, Kurtz and his panel all agreed that former Bush Press Secretary, Scott McClellan’s revelation that the Bush White House regularly sends “talking points” to the FoxNews Channel because “there were commentators and pundits who were useful to the White House,” was a non story.
